JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION                              : MANAGER, STRATEGIC PLANNING & INVESTMENT (CORPORATE FINANCE)

DEPARTMENT                      : STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INVESTMENT                      

REPORTING TO                   : HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  1. Responsible for the overall financial operations ensuring timely preparation of financial reports and project costing, manage budgeting, forecasting tax planning and cash flow.
  2. Formulate short and long-term financial goals to include financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, asses the company financial viability of potential projects, merger and acquisition due diligence/ acquisition valuation analysis.
  3. Design equity/debt funding strategies to raise fund for the development projects and arranging banking facilities.
  4. Prepare papers and proposals for presentation to The Top Management and Board of Directors to attain direction and decisions on corporate and investment matters.
  5. Engage with internal auditors on specific internal audit exercises.
  6. Engage with external auditors to ensure smooth closure of interim audit and sign off of year-end audit for the Group.
  7. Formulate Capital Strategy, Planning & Management to maintain sufficient capital at all times to meet its business and operational requirements including contingencies assessment based on different scenarios, business model, risks profile and stress test environments.
  8. Support in special projects/initiatives where deep-dive analysis or project/initiative execution on a certain business/subject of concern is required. Advises all parties on corporate planning matters to meet the expected quality standards and completeness of the plan.
  9. Prepare papers and proposals for presentation to the Top Management and Board of Directors to attain direction and decisions on corporate and investment matters.
  10. Assist in the evaluation of new business, strategic and corporate proposals for purposes of diversification, merger & acquisitions, joint ventures and undertake due diligence exercises and prepare reports for the same to the Management or Board, if required.
  11. Liaise, co-ordinate and communicate with advisors, auditors, solicitors, bankers, valuers and relevant authorities for all corporate exercises.
  12. Carry out any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by the Head, Management, Managing Director and Board of Directors from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Accontancy / Business Studies / Investment or equivalent.
  2. At least 10 – 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Managers specialiazing in Finance – Corporate Finance / Investment or equivalent.
  4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  5. Intermediate / Advance in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
  6. Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  1. Identify, explore and evaluate new business development opportunities and ascertain their strategic fit for the Company’s objectives.
  2. Identify, participate and develop key strategic initiatives to achieve Company’s strategic goals.
  3. Managing, leading and be involved in strategic planning & business development activities, e.g. joint venture and strategic alliances, capital raising and strategic corporate initiatives.
  4. Participate and coordinate in strategic projects and/or investment opportunities from origination, research, evaluation to negotiation.
  5. Responsible for the investment activities including strategic business planning in budgeting, forecasting and analyzing the cashflow projection.
  6. Tracking and monitoring the performance of existing investments and/or projects to ensure it is in line with the Company’s strategic direction.
  7. Manage overall strategic planning & investment function for the company, working across businesses and functions.
  8. Perform any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by the Managing Director and Board of Directors from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or any related fields.
  2. Minimum Experience : 10 Years working experience in Corporate Planning & Strategy & Corporate Finance & Investment.
  3. Preferably specialiazing in Corporate Finance / Investment or equivalent.
  4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  5. Intermediate / Advance in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
  6. Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION                             : EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE

DEPARTMENT                       : PROJECT & TECHNICAL

REPORTING TO                    : MANAGER, PROJECT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To provide full secretarial and administration support to Engineering department.
  2. Organize and maintain proper project documentations and filing systems to increase job efficiency.
  3. To coordinate with relevant consultants, contractors and authorities pertaining to project activities.
  4. Ensure a smooth calling and closing of tenders and quotation and awards of contract according to the required timeline.
  5. Assisting in checking of draft tender document, attending pre-tender meeting, tender interview.
  6. Preparation of Letter of Appointment / Award of Consultants and Contractors when necessary.
  7. To assist the Manager of Engineering & Project in coordinating, monitoring and upkeep project progress of work from inception to completion.
  8. To assist the Manager in supervising daily operation of Interceptors, attending weekly / monthly meeting, ensure weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly maintenance works is completely done by vendor/supplier according to the schedule
  9. Assess promptly progress claim and variation order claim submitted by Consultants / Contractors and to verify and obtain approval.
  10. Perform any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by Head, Project & Development / Superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Will be added advantage for candidate who possess Degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field i.s required for this position.
  5. Preferably experience in water resource management and flood mitigation.
  6. Excellent in communication skills in both writing and verbal.
  7. Intermediate / Advance in Microsoft Words Excel & PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Autocad would be advantage.

Must be self-motivated, multitask, independent, details-oriented, resourceful and responsible person.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist preparation of the Company’s Annual Business Plan workshop including formulating the direction, target and KPIs for the new and ongoing initiatives / business activities and budget preparation.
  2. Assist provide budget and financial support through budget planning, monitoring and managing expenses effectively with an eye towards overall cost savings.
  3. Review and analyze relevant consolidated data to develop a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Company’s Corporate Scorecard in alignment with the approved business plan.
  4. Assist facilitate and coordinate the preparation of corporate reports on monthly, quarterly, Corporate KPI, and progress updates of the current and ongoing initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Assistt to lead compilation of monthly progress / performance and review supporting data from project owners and relates to current performance.
  6. Assist on monitoring organizational performance by tracking progress and ensuring delivery of plans. Identify / highlight issues and propose key mitigation plans to close performance gaps and develop, initiate and monitor the execution of action plans.

  3. Ability to lead small teams of Corporate Strategy and business function resources to drive projects that impact any part of the business.
  4. Preferable candidates with strong analytical/problem solving skills, significant experience working with financial models, and superior writing and presentation skills.
  5. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in developing and executing a strategic internal and executive communications plan. You will align internal and executive messaging with the company’s vision, mission and brand positioning.
  2. Monitor and manage the company’s public relations and marketing activities.
  3. Manage and monitor collateral content that includes printed and online materials such as brochures, posters, advertising materials as well as audio and visual materials of the organization to ensure the accuracy and up to date.
  4. Assist in overseeing digital communication, including the content related to company’s activities for the website, social media and e-newsletters.
  5. Produce employee communications: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, blogs, newsletters to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
  6. Establish and manage a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders and/or partners (e.g. agencies, vendors, etc.).
  7. Facilitates inquiries from media and other relevant parties, and act as a coordinator with respective department and parties involve to collate responses.
  8. Coordinates and manages all internal and external corporate activities / public-facing events.
  9. Develop and support marketing initiatives for our various public projects.
  10. Proactively reacts and deploys rapid response to breaking news in line with the corporate brand (crisis communication).
  11. Support leadership and company branding activities for speaking and exhibition opportunities. You will help craft the messaging and program through agenda, speaker selection and logistics.
  12. Measures and reports performance aligned with departmental and company goals (ROI and KPIs).
  13. Perform any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by Managing Director from time to time as deem necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess at least Degree / Masters in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Branding, Marketing, International Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Experience in managing media (online, broadcast, and print).
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Able to think creatively and innovatively for ideation and work independently with minimal guidance.
  7. Proficient in social media management (content and marketing).
  8. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  9. Intermediate / Advance in Microsoft Words Excel & PowerPoint.
  10. Must be self-motivated, multitask, independent, details-oriented, resourceful and responsible person.
  11. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the relevant fields.
