POSITION                            : PROJECT MANAGER

DEPARTMENT                     : PROJECT 

REPORTING TO                   : SENIOR MANAGER, PROJECT 

The Project Manager will be overseeing all aspects of the project and will be directly responsible for managing all requirements towards a successful project delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate and complete the project within the required time, scope of work and budget. He or she is expected to deliver creative solutions when dealing with various stakeholders towards solving any issues that arise. This will include strategic and operational actions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  1. Execute all phases of the project independently from the project initiation till the commissioning stage.
  2. Incorporate strategic thinking towards proposing creative and profitable business models for an upcoming project.
  3. Lead all negotiation discussion pertaining to contracts and project execution with prospective investors as well as technology partners.
  4. Effectively create quality project schedules, resources planning and project implementation plans.
  5. Deal with change orders and effectively provide solutions to cost as well as schedule impacts.
  6. Evaluate financial models of prospective investors/partners, design projected cash flow and effectively manage the overall project budget.
  7. Develop relationships and become the focal person when dealing with government authorities, regulators, local developers, contractors, consultants and advisors.
  8. Negotiate and lead the due diligence process involving tender evaluation, proposals and contract discussions (MOU/MOA/JV etc.).
  9. Able to translate ideas into excellent presentation slide decks to be presented to key stakeholders.
  10. Demonstrate leadership traits and able to effectively lead a 1-2 member team.
  11. Perform any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by the Senior Manager, Project and Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  1. Degree in business management, economics, engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 years working experience related to project management.
  2. Experience in managing end-to-end of projects beginning from the initiation till the final commissioning stage.
  3. Experience with green economy projects related to solar, waste management and water engineering will be an advantage.
  4. Possess understanding of the typical green economy project requirements for the renewable energy industry will be an advantage.
  5. Experience in managing due diligence and evaluation of renewable energy project development opportunities will be an advantage.
  6. Exposed previously to projects requiring feasibility study evaluation with sub-consultant/sub-vendors management.
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with government officials, prospective investors and collaborative partners.
  8. Ability to deal with pressure, work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage several projects.
  9. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

The Project Coordinator/Project Executive will play a key supporting role for projects led by the Project Managers, by assisting in the project management and coordination of schedules, document controlling, timelines, resources, stakeholder relations, and ongoing progress of the project. The Project Coordinator/Project Executive will also have a direct link to the client for the purpose of ongoing updates regarding status and the exchange of information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  1. Responsible for the overall financial operations ensuring timely preparation of financial reports and project costing, manage budgeting, forecasting tax planning and cash flow.
  2. Formulate short and long-term financial goals to include financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, asses the company financial viability of potential projects, merger and acquisition due diligence/ acquisition valuation analysis.
  3. Design equity/debt funding strategies to raise fund for the development projects and arranging banking facilities.
  4. Prepare papers and proposals for presentation to The Top Management and Board of Directors to attain direction and decisions on corporate and investment matters.
  5. Engage with internal auditors on specific internal audit exercises.
  6. Engage with external auditors to ensure smooth closure of interim audit and sign off of year-end audit for the Group.
  7. Formulate Capital Strategy, Planning & Management to maintain sufficient capital at all times to meet its business and operational requirements including contingencies assessment based on different scenarios, business model, risks profile and stress test environments.
  8. Support in special projects/initiatives where deep-dive analysis or project/initiative execution on a certain business/subject of concern is required. Advises all parties on corporate planning matters to meet the expected quality standards and completeness of the plan.
  9. Prepare papers and proposals for presentation to the Top Management and Board of Directors to attain direction and decisions on corporate and investment matters.
  10. Assist in the evaluation of new business, strategic and corporate proposals for purposes of diversification, merger & acquisitions, joint ventures and undertake due diligence exercises and prepare reports for the same to the Management or Board, if required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  1. Perform daily operational HR administration support (day-to-day HR documentation such as data entry, scanning, filling enquiry, verify claim, drafting letters, contracts of employment & etc.).
  2. Maintain systematic filling system and safe keeping of important documents.
  3. Responsible for monthly payroll processing, accurately captured, generate report and maintained in payroll system with established deadlines.

  5. Responsible for the investment activities including strategic business planning in budgeting, forecasting and analyzing the cashflow projection.
  6. Tracking and monitoring the performance of existing investments and/or projects to ensure it is in line with the Company’s strategic direction.
  7. Manage overall strategic planning & investment function for the company, working across businesses and functions.
  8. Perform any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by the Managing Director and Board of Directors from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or any related fields.
  2. Minimum Experience : 10 Years working experience in Corporate Planning & Strategy & Corporate Finance & Investment.
  3. Preferably specialiazing in Corporate Finance / Investment or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION                    : HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

DEPARTMENT             : CORPORATE SERVICES

REPORTING TO           : MANAGER, CORPORATE SERVICES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  1. Perform daily operational HR administration support (day-to-day HR documentation such as data entry, scanning, filling enquiry, verify claim, drafting letters, contracts of employment & etc.).
  2. Maintain systematic filling system and safe keeping of important documents.
  3. Responsible for monthly payroll processing, accurately captured, generate report and maintained in payroll system with established deadlines.
  4. Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all time.
  5. To administer and maintain all records of staff attendance such as annual leave, leave of absence and medical leave.
  6. To handle issuance of standard HR Letters (Confirmation, promotion, contract renewal etc)
  7. Facilitate, arrange and coordinate all training requirements, liaison with external trainers for program development. Planning for Staff Training Need Analysis (TNA).
  8. Responsible for HRDF levy, grants applications and submission of claim.
  9. Assist in execution, development and implementation of HR process, policies, guidelines and SOP.
  10. Liaise, co-ordinate and communicate with relevant authorities for all corporate exercises.
  11. Determine HR requirement taking into consideration on operational needs, staffing requisition, issues from all departments.
  12. Assist in preparing memo for payment process, coordinate and keep accurate records for all reports and invoices.
  13. Assist in providing annual department budget.
  14. Manage petty cash payment and prepare monthly reconciliation with Finance team.
  15. Carry out all office daily matter, HR and administrative duties, tasks or assignment which will be assigned by the immediate Superior and Head of Department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. At least 3 – 5 year(s) of HR working experience in related field is required for this position.
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
  5. Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources / Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  6. Familiar with HR payroll system and discreet in handling confidential information.
  7. Excellent time management skills, prioritize work, positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
