JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION : SENIOR EXECUTIVE
DEPARTMENT : STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
REPORTING TO : MANAGER, STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparation of the Company’s Annual Business Plan workshop including formulating the direction, target and KPIs for the new and ongoing initiatives / business activities.
- Assist in providing budget and financial support through budget planning, monitoring and managing expenses effectively with an eye towards overall cost savings.
- Review and analyze relevant consolidated data to develop a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Landasan Lumayan Sdn Bhd Corporate Scorecard in alignment with the approved business plan and budget and Rancangan Selangor 1.
- Assist in facilitating and coordinating the preparation of corporate reports on monthly, quarterly, Corporate KPI, and progress updates of the current and ongoing initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist to lead compilation of monthly progress / performance and review supporting data from project owners and relates to current performance.
- Assist on monitoring organizational performance by tracking progress and ensuring delivery of plans. Identify / highlight issues and propose key mitigation plans to close performance gaps and develop, initiate and monitor the execution of action plans.
- Assist in developing and research on proposals/studies of new initiatives and programmes and coordinate the progress of high impact project with taskforce members.
- Support project team and all other corporate development activities of Landasan Lumayan Sdn Bhd.
- Carry out any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by the Manager, Strategic Panning & Investment and Director, Strategic Planning & Investment and Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Economics / Business Studies / Investment or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably has an exposure on strategic planning and investment.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Intermediate / Advance in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal.

POSITION : SENIOR MANAGER
DEPARTMENT : CORPORATE SERVICES (FINANCE)
REPORTING TO : DIRECTOR, CORPORATE SERVICES
JOB PURPOSE
The primary job purpose is to lead, manage, monitor and implement the company’s financial and accounting activities to ensure that financial activities are carried out prudently, efficiently and effectively in line with the company’s mission, vision and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties of this role may include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and complete financial reports for the purpose of company performance evaluation, auditing and taxation.
- Carrying out accounting and financial work including leading financial planning, budget management and cost-benefits analysis.
- Review and supervise financial and accounting work by staff to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Control and ensure financial activities according to planning / budget to ensure the company’s revenue is used effectively.
- Supervise the finance staff and provide guidance on their day-today duties to ensure work is carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, financial reports, and presentations to stakeholders, including management, boards of directors, and external parties. Able to make informed decisions based on that analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and investment to ensure the company’s financial security.
- Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and budgets that align with the company’s strategic plans.
- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Carry out any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by Director, Corporate Services and Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess professional and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance with honors recognized by the Malaysian Government from a local higher education institution or a recognised equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal and be able to speak clearly and concisely.
- Should have strong leadership skills. This includes the ability to motivate and inspire others, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, data analytics tools, advance Excel skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Pematuhan Perundangan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan
- Memastikan semua aktiviti projek mematuhi keperluan undang-undang seperti Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994 (OSHA), Akta Kilang dan Jentera 1967 (FMA) serta garis panduan dari Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP) dan CIDB.
- Menguruskan pelaporan kepada pihak berkuasa seperti JKKP sekiranya berlaku sebarang insiden atau kemalangan.
- Penilaian Risiko dan Langkah Kawalan
- Menyediakan dan mengemaskini dokumen HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) untuk semua aktiviti dan projek syarikat.
- Menyelia Permit To Work (PTW) bagi kerja berisiko tinggi (contoh: confined space dan kerja air).
- Penguatkuasaan dan Penyeliaan Aspek Keselamatan dan Kesihatan
- Pemeriksaan keselamatan tapak projek secara berkala.
- Menyediakan Latihan dan Meningkatkan Tahap Kesedaran Pekerja
- Taklimat harian / mingguan (Toolbox Talk) kepada pekerja.
- Induksi keselamatan untuk pekerja dan pelawat.
- Latihan kecemasan (fire drill, evakuasi banjir, first aid).
- Pengurusan Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) dan Keselamatan Peralatan
- Memastikan semua pekerja menggunakan PPE yang lengkap dan sesuai.
- Pemeriksaan berkala ke atas peralatan PPE.
- Pelaporan dan Dokumentasi
- Penyediaan laporan harian atau mingguan dan rekod insiden, near-miss, Corrective Action Report (CAR) dan latihan.
- Penyediaaan audit keselamatan dalaman.
- Komunikasi dan penyelarasan
- Koordinasi dengan kontraktor, perunding keselamatan, jurutera tapak dan agensi seperti JKKP / CIDB.
- Penglibatan dalam mesyuarat tapak projek dan jawatankuasa keselamatan.
SYARAT – SYARAT PEKERJAAN
- Mempunyai kelayakan akademik Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Kejuruteraan, Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan, Sains Gunaan, Sains Alam Sekitar, Teknologi Industri atau bidang yang berkaitan.
- Sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang keselamatan dan kesihatan industri.
- Mempunyai Sijil Pegawai Keselamatan dan Kesihatan (SHO) yang diiktiraf oleh DOSH (JKKP).
- Calon mesti menghadiri kursus dan lulus peperiksaan NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health).
- Calon mesti didaftarkan dan mempunyai Green Book (Buku Hijau) yang sah.
- Mempunyai kemahiran organisasi dan dokumentasi yang kukuh serta menyediaan laporan dan dokumentasi berkaitan insiden.
