River Cleaning for Coastal Sustainability Programme in Collaboration with UKM Graduate School of Business

On 31 January 2026, LLSB and Hikers Climber Adventure Teams conducted the River Cleaning for Coastal Sustainability programme in collaboration with UKM Graduate School of Business.

The programme began with the River Educational Trip, where 30 participants visited the Interceptor 005 and several other checkpoints along the Klang River to learn more about our ongoing river rehabilitation initiatives.

This was followed by a riverbank clean-up at Jeti Pengkalan Sungai Sireh, where participants put knowledge into action through hands-on efforts to protect the river environment.. The activity highlighted the strong connection between river health and coastal sustainability.
