LLSB and Planters Co-Host Site Visit with Malaysia Forest Fund and Bank Negara Malaysia to Showcase Klang River Clean-Up Efforts under SMG Project

On 24 July 2025, LLSB and Planters co-hosted a site visit with Malaysia Forest Fund (MFF) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) to share in-depth insights into our ongoing environmental initiatives, notably the Klang River Clean-Up effort under the SMG project.

This engagement is part of our joint effort to facilitate Bank Negara Malaysia refine existing policies and promote stronger participation from corporate companies and financial institutions in driving impactful, sustainable development.

We were honoured by the presence of YBhg Dato’ Shah Redza bin Hussein, CEO of MFF, as well as Mr Yeam Shin Yau, Deputy Director of BNM’s Economics Department. Together, we move closer to a cleaner, greener future.
